The new management and renovations have provided an open, friendly pet resort that gives outstanding care to my dog. Recently I had a personal crisis and the animal carers went out of their way to rescue and provide my dog with the best of care, play with him, give him extra attention and help him feel cosy.

I was very skeptical on leaving my girl when we went away for 8 days. I have lived in Bonville for 25 years and have never been there before as I have heard all the stories. I also watched how run down the place was getting over the years and was not impressed.
I am so happy I took the chance to leave my girl there and have booked her in again.
My girl came home happy and she smelt really good.
I did let them know that she is an escape artist and I know they took extra care.
I also know people are hearing all these bad things but I do recommend taking the chance or just popping in to have a look and Meet Mel and her team.

I was a bit concerned booking my fur baby into Coffs Coast Pet Resort after the recent debarcle changing hands from Tarraray but I couldn’t be happier. Not only did the place not stink of urine when we walked in, the rooms were also clean and spotless and the staff were delightful and caring. When we picked our baby up she had been bathed and smelled gorgeous. She seemed so happy being there.
I’m glad the change has been positive and I can definitely recommend

We recently left the 4 furry members of the family with CCPR while we spent 5 weeks away visiting relatives.
